Register the work you do and where you operate. We review project fit before introductions; registering does not guarantee work.
Proposed 3% success fee (launch rate), plus VAT if applicable, subject to a separate written agreement before any introduction. No subscription, no lead fees and nothing upfront. Under the proposed terms, you only pay if you win a project introduced by NxtFind, once you’ve received the homeowner’s initial deposit.

These are proposed terms, subject to legal review and a separate written agreement. The fee is worked out on the agreed contract sum excluding VAT. We invoice once you’ve received the homeowner’s initial deposit, payable within 14 days. The fee on a variation agreed in writing is payable once you’ve received payment for that variation. It applies if you’re appointed, within 12 months of our introduction, for the project we introduced; unrelated future projects for the same homeowner are excluded. Pricing and full terms are agreed in writing before each chargeable introduction. Pricing changes apply prospectively to future introductions only, not retrospectively to introductions already agreed. Existing signed contractual commitments are respected. Registration alone creates no payment obligation.
